If you are a member of Glasgow Libraries you can access our online resources from The Mitchell or your Local Library. You can also use many of them from home or work by entering your library card number. If you're not already a member, join online and you can get access straight away.

FAME is our new financial and company information online resource. FAME offers access to UK & Ireland data, public, private and unincorporated companies, active & inactive companies and be able to view 20 years of financial data & view trends. It will allow you to find out more about potential employers, check out competitors in your field or create targeted marketing lists.
Citywide access to FAME is available, read only, within all Glasgow Libraries with a downloadable version accessible within the Mitchell Library.
Freegal Music is a free music service from Glasgow Libraries. All you need is your library card number and PIN. Freegal offers access to over 11 million songs, including Sony Music’s catalogue of legendary artists. In total the collection is comprised of music from over 28,000+ labels with music that originates in over 80 countries. There is no software to download, and there are no digital rights management (DRM) restrictions.

Theory Test Pro is a realistic online simulation of the UK's driving theory test. It contains the official practice test question bank, hazard perception video clips and an online version of the Highway Code. All this material is licensed from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), the people who set the tests.
When you first use Theory Test Pro, you will need to register with your name, email address and password. This allows you to save your test scores so you can follow your progress as you practise for the test.
